Absentee Ballot

Voting is part of our civic duty and a fundamental process in a democratic system.  Representatives who lead our cities, counties, states and the federal government are all elected through this process.   Absentee ballots allow registered voters to cast a ballot and vote earlier (this year starting on October 6th) vs. voting in person on Election Day, the first Tuesday in November.  Absentee ballots make it easier than ever to participate in this American process.

In Ohio, there are slight differences by county to request and vote by mail, using an absentee ballot.  The Secretary of State’s website provides easily understood information for all 88 Ohio counties by connecting with the board of elections in the county where you live. https://www.ohiosos.gov/elections/elections-officials/county-boards-of-elections-directory/.

Just click on the link, select your county and you are well on your way to participating in this November’s election.
